Terms of Service

By accessing or using ClinicPH (“Service”, “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

ClinicPH is a cloud-based clinic management software operated by Zadrach Caunca, based in the Philippines.

To use ClinicPH, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

Accounts must be used by actual clinic operators. Fake, impersonated, or duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.

ClinicPH offers a 7-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

Payments are processed manually via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. Clinics are responsible for submitting payment on time. Accounts with unpaid invoices past the grace period may be suspended.

Refunds are provided at our discretion for valid cases (accidental double charges, service unavailability). Contact support@clinicph.health to request.

Your clinic data belongs to you. Patient records, appointments, billing, and all content you add to ClinicPH remain your property.

You can request a full data export at any time by emailing us. Upon account cancellation, you have 30 days to export before data may be archived or deleted.

You may not use ClinicPH to:

• Violate Philippine or international laws (including the Data Privacy Act of 2012)
• Store or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
• Engage in fraudulent billing or insurance claims

Approved sales agents earn 30% commission on referred clinics. Commission accrues monthly (for monthly plans) or once (for one-time plans), and payouts occur every 15th and 30th.

Agents must represent ClinicPH honestly. False advertising, impersonation, or spam will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

ClinicPH is software, not a medical service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments. Licensed practitioners remain solely responsible for clinical decisions.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinicPH's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rizal, Philippines.
